(KTTS News) — Charges have been filed after a shooting Monday in Lebanon.
Police arrested 38-year-old Daniel Coleman from Lebanon after he shot a woman in the arm.
She’d just come home from work when she found Coleman inside her home.
The man’s family says he needs to be evaluated for mental illness.
