(KTTS News) – A 70-year-old man from Clinton is being charged in the shooting death of his 16-year-old grandson.
The shooting took place 11:30 PM Sunday.
Thomas Ribby was charged Monday with one felony of resisting arrest and one felony of endangering the welfare of a child in the first-degree, resulting in death.
Ribby is being held on a $100,000 cash-only bond.
