(KTTS News) — A woman has been arrested after Springfield Police say she set fire to a home after being served an eviction notice.
Fredaann Marie Reed, 43, from Springfield is charged with arson.
Police say she started the fire when three other people were inside the home.
One person suffered minor injuries.
Reed is also charged with arson for setting fire to the outside of a mobile home back in October.
