(KTTS News) — A man is charged with shooting into a a crowd last month in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Police responded to Flash Market on West MLK Boulevard in the early hours of August 13.

Officers found around 40 shell casings.

Multiple victims  with minor injuries were treated at the scene.

Jaylon Lee Powell, 20, from Fayetteville faces charges including making a terroristic act, aggravated assault and possession of firearms by a convicted felon.
