(KTTS News) — Springfield Police have released more details about several fights early Sunday morning outside a Springfield night club.
Police say eight people were arrested outside the ZAN night club in the 300 block of South Patton.
Hundreds of people were leaving early Sunday morning when officers responded two an argument between two men.
One man was armed with a gun.
When the officers tried to break up the fight, people started throwing bottles at them.
One officer was hurt.
More fights broke out as other departments were called in to help.
Three people were arrested for refusing to let emergency crews in to help with a medical emergency.
Another person was arrested for dancing on the hood of a patrol car.
And someone broke out the window of a patrol car, but fled the scene.
