(KTTS News) — A man who was supposed to stand trial for a deadly motorcycle crash in March 2019 has died.
Douglas Dale from Nixa was charged with involuntary manslaughter for a crash on Highway 65 that killed 67-year-old James Roe and injured two other bikers.
Court records say Dale told investigators he had a seizure.
He also told police he had a cocktail earlier in the day.
