(KTTS News) — A man from Republic is charged with murder after a crash in Springfield back in January killed three people from Texas.
Steven Jordan faces charges ranging from second-degree murder to DWI resulting in death.
Police say Jordan was drunk and was driving the wrong way on James River Freeway in Springfield when he hit an SUV with eight people inside head-on.
The family was traveling from Texas to a funeral in St. Robert.
