(KTTS News) — A man from Springfield was arrested after he was dragged and then run over by an SUV.
The Highway Patrol says Tylinn White, 20, was clinging to the bottom of the vehicle near Marshfield.
He lost his grip and was run over.
White was later arrested on a warrant for burglary, tampering with a motor vehicle and stealing for an incident on June 14.
