(KTTS News) — Two juveniles have been identified as suspects in a fire at a wastewater treatment plant in northwest Arkansas.
Officials in Boone County, Arkansas say criminal charges could be filed.
A fire broke out in late April at the Sugarloaf Wastewater Treatment Facility.
The fire damaged the plant and caused a leak of partially treated wastewater into the East Sugarloaf Creek area of Bull Shoals Lake.
Repairs are still being made.
People are being advised to avoid contact with the water in the Bull Shoals Lake area.
