Morgan Wallen can’t catch a break.  Today he announced he has been order on vocal rest to the point that he is cancelling his concerts scheduled over the next six weeks.  His doctor has advised him not only to rest is voice but not to talk at all. The doctor has told him he is suffering vocal fold trauma.

The doctor-order vocal rest and show cancellations come after he took 10 days rest following the cancelling of a show in Oxford, Mississippi. He resumed performing over the weekend with three concerts but by the third show was feeling the vocal stress returning.  Should he continue singing, he would not only allow his vocal cords to heal but could permanently do damage to his voice.

Tough news for one of Country music’s hottest stars who launch his first stadium tour earlier this spring.
