All good things come to an end. And thus, so it is with the hit TV show “Yellowstone.” The announcement came today. The show, a creation of Taylor Sheridan and produced by Paramount, will finish out with the second half of its 5th season this fall.
Kevin Costner has led the show as it’s lead character “John Sutton” and had an incredible cast with him including country music star Lainey Wilson who joined the show its fifth season.
But the show will live on with a new spin-off which will pick up where “Yellowstone” will leave off. Details on the new show haven’t been announced yet. But it will be interesting to see if the new show can achieve the kind of success and fan-base that “Yellowstone” has achieved. In the meantime…we will patiently await the arrival of the second half of season five this fall.
