(KTTS News) — A woman from Rolla has been charged with the death of a two-year-old child who fell into a swimming pool and drowned.
Rolla Police were called to a home on Cedar Grove Lane Monday night after someone found the child.
33-year-old Emily Buell was babysitting.
Police said she admitted she went upstairs to drink alcohol with two other people while the child was downstairs.
