(KTTS News) — The Better Business Bureau is warning people about a Springfield-based law firm that handles timeshare exits.
Montgomery and Newcomb, LLC, gets an F Rating for numerous unanswered complaints after failing to get clients out of timeshares.
BBB gave the law firm its lowest rating for failing to cancel timeshare contracts, failing to contact customers, failing to provide refunds, and poor customer service.
BBB recommends you try to work directly with the company you bought the timeshare from if you need to get out.
