(KTTS News) – A $220-million dollar bond proposal for Springfield Schools will be on the ballot tomorrow.
School leaders are asking voters to approve Proposition S to pay for more building improvements.
The money would pay for new Pipkin and Reed Middle Schools; renovations at Pershing School; storm shelters at six elementary schools; and safety and security upgrades at all schools.
The bond issue vote would extend the current 73-cent levy for another four years.
