(KTTS News) — Strong to severe storms are expected today.
There’s a Tornado Watch until 8 p.m. Friday for Dallas, Douglas, Laclede, Ozark, Taney, Webster and Wright counties.
There’s also a Red Flag Warning today for most of the Ozarks.
And there’s a High Wind Warning and Wind Advisory for counties west of Springfield.
The National Weather Service says storms will move across the Ozarks Friday morning and afternoon.
The best chance for severe weather will be east of Highway 65.
Damaging winds, large hail and tornadoes are all possible.
The best chance for violent, long track tornadoes will be east of the Highway 63 corridor in West Plains.
