(KTTS News) — The Council of Churches of the Ozarks held a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Springfield Wednesday for its new headquarters.
The building near Division and Highway 65 opened to the public in February.
It includes several outreach programs, including a women’s shelter and elderly and parental assistance.
