(KTTS News) — The Laclede County Sheriff says a man has been charged in connection with a deadly shooting at a home in Lebanon.
Jimmy Sanders was arrested for the shooting death of 25-year-old Ryan Holloway, but he has not been charged.
Instead, Sanders is charged with 3rd-degree domestic assault for an earlier incident involving his girlfriend at a different location.
The sheriff says Sander’s girlfriend is related to Holloway.
Holloway’s fiancée says Sanders pulled up outside Holloway’s home on Park Drive Sunday armed with a gun.
She says Holloway grabbed a chain.
She says the men got into a fistfight before Sanders shot Holloway.
