(KTTS News) — The 2023 Greene County budget signed by commissioners Tuesday includes a five-percent cost of living adjustment for county employees.
It also includes a $2 shift differential for deputies who work overnight at the jail.
Several county services have been dealing with a labor shortage, so recruiting and retaining employees has become a priority.
