(KTTS News) — Accumulating snow is expected to fall Thursday along and north of Highway 60.

The National Weather Service says most of the snow will fall Thursday morning and afternoon.

Up to three inches is possible.

Life-threatening wind chills are still the main concern.

By Thursday night, wind chills could approach -30 across the Ozarks.

Wind chills could be as cold as -40 in other parts of the state.

Many schools called off classes early Wednesday.
