(KTTS News) — One of the two men charged with the murder of Cassidy Rainwater has appeared before a Dallas County judge.
Timothy Norton waived his arraignment Tuesday and re-entered a not guilty plea.
He has a criminal setting scheduled for January.
Norton and James Phelps are charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping after Rainwater’s remains were found on Phelps’ property.
