(KTTS News) — Jury selection is underway in a federal fraud case for Nixa State Representative Tricia Derges.
Dr. Derges is charged with lying about stem cell treatments at her health clinic and illegally providing prescription drugs.
KY3 says she’s rejected several plea deals.
Fellow lawmakers asked her to resign, but she refused, saying she’s innocent.
