(KTTS News) — A woman has been found guilty of first-degree murder in the 2018 death of Barbara Foster.
Elizabeth McKeown was charged with hitting Foster’s car, luring her out of the vehicle, and running her over.
The jury also found her guilty of armed criminal action.
A psychologist testified Thursday that McKeown had unspecified schizophrenia brought on by drinking cough syrup.
The prosecution disputed that.
KY3 says the defense will file a motion for a new trial.
