(KTTS News) — A man has come forward to face charges in a deadly hit and run accident that killed a pedestrian.
KY3 says Michael Waters is charged with involuntary manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident in the death of 67-year-old Debra Dove.
She was walking on a road in February when she was hit.
