(KTTS News) — Police say Saturday’s deadly shooting on the square in Ozark happened after a man caught his wife having an affair with another man.
Police say 47-year-old Matthew Dedmon drove to the square on Saturday and found his wife with 57-year-old Joe Newburn.
KY3 says court records show Dedmon knew that Newburn and his wife were having an affair.
Investigators say Dedmon shot Newburn three times.
Newburn died at the hospital.
