(KTTS News) — The Webster County prosecutor has charged a nurse with stealing narcotics from a nursing home in Seymour.
Sarah L. Johnson from Ava admitted taking the drugs from patients and replacing them with Tylenol.
It happened at the Glenwood Nursing Home in Seymour.
KY3 says Johnson admitted taking the drugs.
