(KTTS News) — A man from Ash Grove is dead after a crash near Humansville.

The Highway Patrol says 39-year-old Clayton Phillips was driving on Highway 123 when his Jeep Wrangler lost a wheel, ran off the road, and rolled over.

He was ejected.
