(KTTS News) — It’s 20 years in prison for a woman who killed her boyfriend and recorded it.
Melanie Spencer, 49, from Rogersville admitted shooting Samuel Biggs to death.
She pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.
Spencer said she’d been fighting with Biggs before she shot him.
KY3 says she recorded it with a cell phone and a laptop web camera.
