(KTTS News) — One of two men charged with murder in the death of Cassidy Rainwater is scheduled to be in court Tuesday.
Timothy Norton has a criminal setting in Dallas County court.
Rainwater’s remains were found in a freezer and on property in Dallas County.
Norton and James Phelps are charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping in the woman’s death.
