(KTTS News) — An arraignment is set for May 26 for three men facing new charges in the Ride the Ducks tragedy near Branson.
17 people died when a duck boat sank on Table Rock Lake in 2018.
A Stone County judge dismissed involuntary manslaughter charges against the men.
But Attorney General Eric Schmitt refiled the charges two days later.
