(KTTS News) — A 19-year-old man has been arrested for a deadly fire in Mountain View.
The Highway Patrol arrested Jacob Hearne from Mountain View.
He’s charged with first-degree murder and arson in the death of 62-year-old Phyllis Schweinel.
KY3 says her body was found inside a burned out home this week.
