(KTTS News) — City Utilities is spending almost $15-million dollars on electric infrastructure upgrades in Southwest Springfield.
KY3 says that includes a new $5-million dollar substation that goes online in June near the Amazon distribution center and Convoy of Hope.
It’s also overhauling a generator at the John Twitty Energy Center.
