Springfield Police say a pedestrian was hit and killed in a crash at Glenstone and Grand.
Police say an elderly man was walking westbound on Grand just before 7 a.m.
He almost made it across the street but was hit by a driver who was headed southbound.
There is no crosswalk at the intersection.
Police say the driver is cooperating.
