Springfield’s Hobby Lobby store has officially reopened in a new location.
It moved from near Battlefield and Fremont to the old Kmart building near Glenstone and Battlefield.
Mardel Christian & Education, which is affiliated with Hobby Lobby, also moved to the new address.

Springfield’s Hobby Lobby store has opened in a new location. On March 14, 2022, the store originally at 1535 Battlefield Road relocated to 3075 South Glenstone Avenue.
Gary Demster is the store manager of the new 95,000 square-foot store.
“We are always striving to better serve our Springfield customers. This move will heighten their service and shopping experience,” stated Kelly Black, Director of Advertising.
Hobby Lobby has more than 900 stores across the nation. Each store offers over 70,000 crafting and home decor products including floral, fabric, needle art, custom framing, baskets, home accents, wearable art, arts and crafts, jewelry making, scrapbooking and paper crafting supplies.
Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
All Hobby Lobby stores are closed on Sunday.
