A man charged with ramming his car into Springfield Police Officer Mark Priebe decided not to appear in court Friday to hear the charges at his arraignment.
Jon Routh is charged with assault and armed criminal action.
Routh is charged with running over Priebe outside police headquarters back in June 2020.
KY3 says Routh underwent a mental evaluation and is considered competent to stand trial.
