Springfield-Greene County Health officials say 20 people died from COVID-19 last month.
Those who died were in their 50s or older.
53.5 percent of Greene County is fully vaccinated.
Every age group saw a decline in number of cases during the last two weeks of February and the total vaccination percentage for Greene County rose to 53.5%.
