Authorities say the pilot of a small plane that crashed near Shell Knob Tuesday night failed a breathalyzer test.
The Highway Patrol says he was given the test because he seemed intoxicated after the crash.
KY3 says the pilot and a passenger, both from Kansas, ended up with minor injuries after the plane crashed into some woods while trying to land near Stallion Bluff Road.
KTTS News has not released the man’s name because no charges have been filed.
