Springfield City Council has approved an infrastructure reimbursement agreement with Texas-based Buc-ee’s.
The convenience store chain wants to build its first store in Missouri north of I-44 and Mulroy Road in Springfield.
KY3 says the project includes building an interchange, improvements to Mulroy Road, and extending public utilities.
The 100-pump gas station could open as soon as next summer.
