A judge has sentenced a former Texas County Sheriff and his former chief deputy for forgery.
James Sigman and Jennifer Tomaszewski were given three years of probation after being found guilty.
The two had previously been charged with other misdemeanors and felonies but the judge acquitted the two former members of law enforcement saying the state didn’t provide enough evidence.
KY3 reports the two will also pay a fine.
