A man who died from multiple gunshot wounds has been identified by Springfield Police.
Trevor Hale, a 41 year old man, was found at 11 p.m. Saturday on South Fremont Avenue, near the Southside Senior Center.
Hale was rushed to the hospital but later died from his injuries. Authorities consider the case a homicide but have provided limited details on the case.
