There’s new information about a missing woman in Dallas County.
58-year-old James Phelps was arrested last week for kidnapping.
Court records show Cassidy Rainwater, 33, had been staying with Phelps while she got back on her feet.
She was last seen July 25.
Last week, the FBI contacted detectives in Dallas County after getting pictures from an anonymous person showing the woman in a cage.
KY3 says detectives found seven photos after searching Phelps’ phone.
Phelps says Rainwater left his home in July and he hasn’t seen her since.
More charges could be filed in the case.
