Springfield Police have identified the man who was found lying in the road Thursday morning near Chestnut Street and Delaware.
18-year-old Bobby Gooch, Jr., was found with a gunshot wound.
He died at the hospital.
Detectives are looking for suspects.
It’s Springfield’s tenth homicide of the year.
