First-degree murder charges have been filed against a man in Laclede County after his boss was found death.
Shane Norman, 30, is from Eldridge.
He’s charged with the brutal murder of 33-year-old Nathan Young.
Young’s body was found in a dry creek bed in November.
He’d been shot to death.
But authorities say Norman cut Young’s hands and feet off and tried to burn the body.
Norman worked at Young’s welding business.
