Earlier today, Governor Mike Parson provided an update on COVID-19 data and vaccine distribution.
As of this week, just over one million first and second doses had been shipped to Missouri.
The vaccines shipped include those allocated to CVS and Walgreens through the federal pharmacy partnership.
The additional doses went to staffs of long-term care facilities.
The state also continues to move forward with mass vaccination events.
27 mass clinics have been established across the state with more than 50,000 Missourians getting at least the first dose of the vaccine.
The data also shows that since a peak of 7,616, new cases reported on November 9th, of 2020 daily case volume has fallen 95% percent to only 346 confirmed cases on February 15.
New COVID-19 cases and the number of hospitalizations have fallen by 42% and 22% present.
