New information in the shooting death of a man in Nixa.
Zachary Rice, 41, was found shot to death outside his home.
Search warrants say a vehicle drove up behind police on the scene and a man got out with his hands in the air, saying he’d just shot a man.
Rice’s girlfriend later told investigators that Rice got into a fight with that man and that’s when he was shot.
KTTS News has not released the man’s name because no charges have been filed.
