Mercy has cancelled its weekend vaccination clinics after running short on vaccines.
The hospital anticipates more COVID-19 vaccines soon. Mercy vaccinates on a first come first serve basis, so long as patients are eligible under Phase 1B.
Depending on the situation, the hospital may and has prioritized certain patients. They say its only when necessary.
Mercy doctors urge people to vaccinate at their earliest given opportunity. Mercy has so far had enough vaccines to give to one-tenth of the people who have signed up.
