Charges have been filed against a man in the shaking death of his two-month-old son.
Dallas County investigators say 24-year-old Brantly Scott from Tunas called 911 on December 15 when his son stopped breathing.
Doctors later ruled the boy died from Shaken Baby Syndrome.
Investigators say Scott admitted he shook the boy and threw him on the bed because he wouldn’t stop crying.
