Springfield Police are releasing more information about a death investigation at a home near Drury and Pacific.
Police say someone called 911 early this morning saying a man was choking a woman.
When police arrived, they found a man had been stabbed several times.
35-year-old Nicholas Jackson from Springfield died at the hospital.
Police interviewed a woman at the scene, but no arrests have been made.

Crime scene tape is up around a home in the 1700-block of North Drury in north Springfield.
That’s near Drury and Pacific, north of Division.
Police say officers were called to the home around 1:30 a.m. Monday.
Officers found one man dead.
