More opportunities for getting a free COVID-19 test are coming to Springfield.
HyVee has announced its pharmacy drive-thru can give out self-administered COVID-19 tests.
Patients must register for a voucher number, which can be found here. Each patient will answer questions and provide requested information (you don’t need to have symptoms to get tested).
Once you have a voucher number, you will also be given a testing site location and an appointment time. You will have to show the voucher number to the test administrator with your phone or have it printed on paper.
You will then be given the test along with instructions on how to self-administer it. HyVee estimates this should take around 5 minutes.
