The city of Springfield says it’s figured out a way to host some socially distanced events and activities to kick off the holiday season this year.

Mayor Ken McClure and the Ozarks Performing Arts League are revealing details at a news conference at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday outside the Creamery Arts Center.
