Officer Mark Priebe will now have more opportunities to get out and exercise with a gift from the Stand Up and Play Foundation.
The foundation gave Priebe a paramobile wheelchair, which will allow him to stand up without needing to support himself with his legs.
Priebe says he is grateful for all the support.
Officer Priebe was injured in early June after he was hit and run over by a man in a truck. The man has been charged with assault.
Priebe’s doctor said he may never walk again.
